California State University, San Francisco
This first CSU Student Success Network Convening offered an opportunity to take part in a problem-centered, cross-campus, cross-role conversation about college readiness efforts, needs, and challenges throughout the system. The meeting was organized and sponsored by the CSU Student Success Network – a new, collaboratively developed structure designed to help support student success in the CSU.
Specific goals of the meeting include:
- Share and learn about current student experiences in remedial (or developmental) courses for students from other CSU campuses.
- Share and learn how other CSU campuses are navigating policies and procedures to best meet student needs.
- Explore the applicability of promising approaches between campuses.
